You just have to look around...start with your area. You don't always have to pay them back...When I worked for Scottsdale Healthcare (AZ), they paid for my books/tuition and I didn't owe them one day.
I agree with JessBarnes84, get your foot in the door and then talk business. Most places are offering some kind of help. Look into Baylor programs as well (not sure if this is just Banner Health?) You work 24 hours, weekends only, and get paid for 32. It helped me get my BSN...

I hear about a lot of programs that do this. Supposedly some around me [in ky] but you owe them so many years for each year of school they pay for..

Probably won't happen. Though there is a 'nursing shortage' in the US, there is an even greater shortage of nursing instructors in the colleges, so admittance to nursing school is limited...that is...they will be very choosy as far as who gets admitted. If you want a hospital to pay for your tuition, it is best to be hired as some type of employee at a facility who has a 'tuition reimbursement' as a benefit of being an employee at that facility. That is, it is very unlikely for a hospital or healthcare facilty to pay 'in advance' for anyone's education in exchange for one to come work at that facilty. You would probably have to be working there first and 'earning' your employee benefits (which more than likely, will be tuition reimbursement).
