About Me:
My name is Carina, but everyone calls me Cari. I've always wanted to get into something in medicine, but having two (and carrying a third) children rather young put a bump in the road. I live near Myrtle Beach, SC now but am planning to move to Greensboro, NC next summer as soon as my older two kids get out of school for the summer. I have an aunt living there now, and my grandma whom I am close to is planning to move there as well. Also am hoping to get into UNC Greensboro, I have heard very good things about their nursing school and their non-traditional student services. In the meantime I've been cooking for going on 4 years. I wouldn't mind meeting people who have been in nursing, as well as students or those considering nursing as a career.

    Thanks so much for the gift, Carina. Here's something odd: the weather here has been fairly warm and dry for an October. Another surprise was the heavy winds that Hurricane Ike sent our way a while back. It caused a lot of damage and power outages.

    Hi...I think it would be better to get your cna...does your job now have anything to do with the medical field?....I'm pretty sure you have to be cna before you can get in the nursing program anyway so you may as well get that taken care of, plus get paid for working in the field. Hope this helps some.
