Personal

About Me:
I was born and raised in sunny Florida and love it here to this day. I am living in a small town north of Titusville called Mims. Great rural living. We are preparing to grt greener and become more self sufficient. I have been an RN since 1987 with a strong background in psych, neuro and anything that you might ever see in the home care situation. Nursing has been very, very good to me and I in return have been a loving kind teacher/caregiver for all my patients/clients. I recently took a 18 months off to home school my then 13 year old and to pursue my own business. I am a lampwork bead maker on the side. I made great money at first on e bay, but I am a nurse and I did not feel I was fulfilling my duty to our society so I was hired at a community clinic to be case manager. Very exciting for me. Three days before I started I was thrown from my beautiful horse and had four pelvic fractures...been two months and I can hobble on crutches, but I am nowhere near going back to work....they are holding the job for me so far. Keep your fingers crossed though I could find another easily as we all know. My injuries have certainly given me insight into what paralysis and many crippling diseases could be like. Wow, some people are so brave. I am a believer in THE SECRET philosophy. It works for me! I am still questioning life after death and have been trying to read more spiritual material, which is not to be confused with religious content. I have been a seeker since I was 13 which is a bit too young for questioning life.
