I USE IT ALL DAY IT IS VERY NECESARY AND THE SOUND IS VERY CLEAR !!!

Possible to pick up Aberent Heart and lung sounds I am able to pick up incipient problems and Prevent future problems.

Other then the fact that I need one, its so much lighter the the others I've had and I can hear better with this one.

My husband bought me one of these for my birthday a few years back and I love it. I can hear what I need to hear with this. It is also light enough that I can keep it around my neck and not feel weighted down.

This is a great product. I have had mine since nursing school. Now that may sound like a long time ago, but it was just 2 years ago that I graduated.

It is very lightweight, so it doesn't bother me hanging around me neck while I am working. I can also hear well through it. And, it was also very affordable.

My first Littman's was a gift by a doctor I worked with and I fell in love with it. It is durable and the sound makes the difference. I now have my current Littman's (due to the loss of my 1st one) and will never go with anything else.

This is an outstanding steth! I had one for years and it finally started breaking down. Need to find the parts to repair it!

I have had mine for quite a few years now and I love it. I hate using anything that isn't my own anyways.

I would have to try it out. I am very sensitive about the eartubes and they must be comfortable.
The three year warranty is an excellent guarantee that this product will function effectively for a long time

I purchased this stethoscope for my clinicals while in nursing school. I think it is an excellent value while I am in school and still haven't decided what o specialize in. I think if I choose a specialty I will get a more sensitive model.

I have one of these and can't hear with it. I have a different Littman and can hear fine with it. Might be my ears...don't know.

I am beginning my first semester of nursing school in Aug. I have been informed to by nothing other than a Littman stethoscope and from reading everyone's comments i think i was informed correctly.....

I have owned several of Littman products and for the price I have found this one was the best.

My wife got me one as a "passing the boards" present and I love it. Only complaint is the tubing is a bit short, and I'm a big guy, so it still hangs around my thick neck...but just barely!!!

I have 3 of these! I love it soooo much! It really makes it easy to hear things you might normally miss.

I like this okay, it is taking me some time getting use to it I had a old classic from 12 years ago. This one is alittle different with the ear piece but once I get the hang of it I think it will be great.

I am great friends with the Glaxo rep and when she found out I was a nursing student she gave me one and said you'r gonna need this soon!! I was jazzed!

this one is great,you can hear everything like in HD or something,its clear sound and versitle body make it a must have...

I absolutely love this stethoscope. I don't have an easy time hearing some of the softer sounds and this makes it so easy! Comfortable to use as well

Ok...sometimes the disposables work better, and then the really really good ones do also
